Hi, I'm trying to configure Voicemeeter Banana exactly as I'd like it to be, but I really can't figure out this part and after a lot of searching I've decided to ask here. It involves how to get the audio going into Adobe Audition back into Voicemeeter.
Voicemeeter Adobe Auditions
The Voicemeeter interface contains three sections and a robust options menu. It works when I record on Adobe Audition CS6 using the audio mapping on there i. With Voicemeeter API, Voicemeeter can be used as Audio System Component to manage audio under Windows and can also be cconsidered as Virtual Audio Board to develop audio applications. Voicemeeter Remote API will allow to take advantage of all Voicemeeter functions by program. Voicemeeter Remote API will allow to take advantage of all Voicemeeter functions by program: - Audio device aggregation (to Mix different audio recording devices to several playback devices). Application interconnection (thanks to virtual audio device and virtual ASIO driver). All audio interface support (MME, KS, WASAPI, Direct-X, and ASIO). Adobe Audition; MixPad; Voicemeeter Banana; Audio Router; VSTHost; Traktor Pro 3; Serato DJ Pro; Adobe Audition. Adobe Audition is both a sound mixer and a recorder that many top Twitch streamers use to manage their audio quality. While some of the features may be more advanced for beginners, as you learn the software, you’ll be able to. If you don’t want to use the noise gate that’s packaged with Voicemeeter, you’ll have to use something else. Right now I have my microphone set as Hardware Input A1, the mic audio gets sent to virtual input B1 where it Adobe Audition picks it up and applies effects to it.
In short, I have a couple of feeds that are going out via B2 in composite mode. These are then added into Audition's multitrack as VM-VAIO 1 and VM-VAIO 3 and are received fine there. The problem I have is, how do I get these back as a feed in Voicemeeter Banana?
I basically want to get Audition's audio into Voicemeeter Banana in real-time (well, with a slight delay obviously) as a feed. So I'd be feeding my raw feeds into Banana, going out via composite into Audition, using Voicemeeter ASIO in Audition and monitoring in Audition so it can be heard, and then coming back to Voicemeeter via ASIO again.
